Fellowship Groups

Beach Clean Up

Participants gather three times per year, at Natural Bridges State Beach, in thankful celebration of the ocean and all that it provides. A brief visit of about an hour provides us the opportunity to work together, removing trash and debris from our local beaches, to protect God's beautiful creation!

Gentle Yoga Asana for Every Body

Maintaining and building flexibility, balance, and strength are vital to a long, healthy life. For centuries, people have practiced yoga to calm their minds, strengthen their bodies, and connect with The Divine.

Every Thursday morning from 10:30-11:45, a dedicated group of practitioners meet in the Lounge to stretch their bodies and their spirits with breathing practices, gentle asana postures, and deep relaxation. Accomodations are made for different physical abilities.

Please join us to deepen your conversation with your body, spirit, community, and God.

Cost for the class is $12 for drop in or a series of 5 for $50
