Thank you to our generous congregation for your extraordinary support in this capital campaign! We went way beyond our $500,000 goal and can undertake additional repairs.

WE DID IT! $590,000
Peace UCC has a freshly painted and repaired facade. On all buildings, the stonework has been power washed, and caulking around all windows repaired. Additionally, the railing on the west side of the Sanctuary and the outdoor water fountain on the Fellowship Hall have been upgraded.
The total paint and repair cost - $224,650.
The termite extermination proved to be a costly endeavor. The infestation required tenting of all buildings plus the covered walkways. The cost was three times our original estimate; nevertheless, it was completed including treatment for subterranean termites.
The total fumigation cost was $72,414.
We appreciate your pledge payments which made the completion of the above projects possible. With your support in 2026, we will continue our capital improvements. Priority projects for the future are replacing the leaking roof over the Education Building, which is complicated by the need to remove and replace the solar panels ($85,000 estimate), and upgrading the women’s bathroom in the sanctuary to increase the number of stalls ($65,000 estimate).
